In the third quarter of 2024, the top five photo and video applications on the iOS platform in Greece demonstrated diverse performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly revenue, beginning July with around $30K and peaking at approximately $39.5K by the end of September. Downloads for the app peaked at 7.2K in early August, while active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 950K to 970K throughout the quarter.

CapCut - Video Editor experienced a notable peak in downloads, reaching an impressive 13.7K in early September. Revenue showed an upward trend, closing the quarter at about $7.7K. Active users varied slightly, with a dip in early September but ending the quarter at over 23K.

Instagram had a steady performance in terms of weekly active users, maintaining a consistent base of over 510K. Revenue saw fluctuations, reaching a high of approximately $11.6K in early July and finishing the quarter around $7.7K. Weekly downloads showed a slight decline towards the end of September.

Snapchat demonstrated a modest revenue increase, peaking at $1.7K in late September. Downloads saw a gradual decline from 3.4K in mid-August to around 2.5K by the end of September. Active users remained relatively stable, slightly above 296K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Google Photos: Backup & Edit showed a steady increase in active users, peaking at nearly 44K in late August. Revenue climbed towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately $6.6K. Downloads remained consistent, averaging around 2K to 2.5K weekly.
